Students are recommended to follow the two deficiency courses listed below depending on their background. For students with insufficient mathematical and/or programming background the Math, Statistics and/or Matlab courses may be prescribed as compulsory course by the CNS Selection Committee or CNS Examination Committee. The credits for deficiency courses are extracurricular, i.e., they will be added to the 120 EC necessary to complete the CNS programme, independent of whether the deficiency course is compulsory or not.
