Contents
The course is designed to provide students with the knowledge and understanding of the most important institutional aspects of international governmental organizations. The course topics will include, inter alia, the legal capacity of international organizations, the membership, the decision-making procedures, immunities and privileges, the methods of dispute settlement and responsibility. The aim of the course is to provide participants with the necessary background information in the law and practice of various international organizations to gain an understanding in the concepts and the nature of International Institutional Law.
